At Provincial Tel, we want to make it easy for you to pay your monthly invoice. That’s why we accept the following payment methods:
- Pre-authorized Debit (our preferred payment method)
- VISA
- Mastercard
Credit Card Authorization Forms
Please download the appropriate Credit Card Authorization Form if you wish to pay your Provincial Tel invoice with a credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Click on the gear icon that is located in the top right-hand corner of the applicable form and select the Download option. After completing the form, please scan it and email it to billing@provtel.com.

Pre-Authorized Debit Forms
Please download the appropriate Pre-Authorized Debit Form if you wish us to withdraw money from your bank account when your payment is due. To download or print the form, click on the gear icon that is located in the top right-hand corner of the applicable form and select the desired action. After completing the form, please scan it and email it to billing@provtel.com.
