How To: Reset My Client Portal Password

Steps to change or reset your client portal password

Follow these four steps if you have lost or wish to reset your Client Portal Password.

Step 1: Go to My Provtel Services on Our Website

In your browser, click on the My Provtel Services menu item at the top of the Provincial Tel website. Click on the My Invoices tab. The Client Login screen will appear.

Step 2: Click Recover Your Password

Click the RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD link under the Login button. The Password Recovery page will appear within the Client Portal. Enter the email you use to log in to our Client Portal. Click the [SEND EMAIL] button.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Go to your email and look for an email from Provincial Tel with the subject link “Your Password Reset Link.” Click the [Reset] button within the email. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, check your junk/spam folder.

Step 4: Set Your New Client Portal Password

The My Provtel Services page will open on our website. Enter the email address you log in to the Client Portal with into the Email field. Enter your new password in the Password field. Re-enter the same password into the Confirm password field. An indicator below the password fields will let you know the strength of your new password. Once the passwords match, click the [SAVE] button. The system will automatically log you into the Client Portal and your Client Portal Dashboard will appear.
