How Do I View My Account Credit History?
You must be logged into the Client Portal to see your account credit history. Once logged in, you can view your credits by clicking on the CREDITS menu item. You can find the CREDITS menu item at the top of your Client Portal Dashboard. After you click the CREDITS menu option, a listing of all of your current and past credits will appear. You can sort on any column.
We will apply a credit to your account if you overpay one of your invoices. We will apply the credit to your next invoice. A credit has been fully applied to your account balance once the credit balance reaches zero. We will provide an explanation of why the credit was issue or any other pertinent information under the Notes column.
